We protect the rights of caregivers

We believe that good caregivers are very precious. We ask you to be professional and we fight to protect your rights, to solve your problems and to ensure decent working conditions.

We need society to begin to recognize the efforts of caregivers. Thanks to their dedicated work, the elderly and dependents can stay in their homes for as long as possible, without taking them away from their loved ones or their environment.

We defend “invisible” work

We defend the invisible heroes and heroines. Their work is of great importance so that society continues to function and families do not remain paralyzed when illness or dependency arrives.

We fight to give visibility to a work of heroes and heroines that must regain their rightful place in society.

“We are committed to the safety of caregivers. We want them to have the best guarantees and defending their rights is a fundamental pillar of our ethics "

We fight for legal and dignified employment

We find it unacceptable that them work in an irregular situation, with no one to protect them from abuse. We fight so that their salaries are, at a minimum, those established by law.

We value the bond between the caregivers and the person in their charge

We value the bond of affection that is created between a caregiver and the person being cared for, we understand it as true education in personal relationships.

We champion the "RevOLDution"; in attitudes towards invisible jobs revolution;caring is not just any job, it is a job that makes the world better place.
